There are so many great restaurants every where you look, many of them the namesake of some famous golfer, athlete or celebrity. The best part is a lot of them are on or very near to our waterways or the ocean. Some would call it decadence overload, I would call it pure culinary bliss. Whether you are at Tiger Woods’ ” The Woods”, or “LaFogata”, the local little Mexican joint with the killer Margheritas, once your seated comfortably in your booth or the table by the window overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, even the long wait on a fall or winters day it’s all worth it. - “LaFogata”, mentioned above, is a recently expanded local Mexican restaurant that has THE best 2 for 1 Margheritas you will find anywhere. They pack a punch, just as they should. At 924 North Lake Blvd., North Palm Beach, they are on the south side of the road. Phone # is 561 848 6565. No reservations needed. If you are a member of restaurant.com, they are on the list and it is well worth your while to check it out. They just expanded into the next bay and built a beautiful little bar with more seating. - Also mentioned in another post, “Captain Charlie’s Reef Grill”. There, in a rustic and lively setting, you will encounter some of the freshest and eclectically prepared seafood anywhere. - “Seasons 52” on the corner of PGA Blvd and Ellison Wilson Rd. sits on the NE corner of the PGA Bridge, directly on the water. The view is unbeatable as a constant parade of boats, from mega yachts to small fishing vessels, float by. Happy hour can be had M-F 3pm-7pm with a selection of small plates and flatbreads along with happy hour prices for your choice of beer, wine and cocktails. #561 625 5852.
